University Diagnostic Institute (UDI) is a radiologist-owned and operated imaging facility. We are have three convenient locations: Longwood, Orlando, and Winter Park. We offer a full range of diagnostic imaging services; including digital mammography and baseline MRI’s for young athletes.
After working as a Director of Radiology at Winter Park Memorial Hospital,
Dr. George Stanley opened UDI in 2007 in an effort to have an even deeper engagement in patient care and the flexibility to meet the needs of the medical community. Dr. Stanley has been rated as a top radiologist year after year and is highly respected amongst some of the most influential people in our community. To ensure UDI fulfills its mission, we go above and beyond for our clients and physicians, in an effort to continue to be among the highest rated imaging practices in Central Florida.

Community Involvement
At UDI, we expanded to include: Diagnostic Imaging Consultants of Central Florida. We created this to stay involved in the community and maintain relationships with other doctors and professionals. Dr. Stanley created a networking group called, Professionals Helping Professionals, or PHP, in order for professionals in the community to establish relationships with each other and build a solid practice in their field, making them more efficient and more useful to clients and patients.
In today’s economic climate, building and maintaining a synergized network of professional contacts is paramount to business survival. Professionals Helping Professionals is a monthly seminar series where professionals and businesses can offer and receive advice. Speakers will address financial, legal and medical issues.
